摘要:
为了促进检验人员对埋弧焊钢管焊缝中缺陷的了解,提高对缺陷类型识别的准确性及效率,通过收集日常生产中常见缺陷的试块,综合常规检验方法,对缺陷进行检测及分析,得出不同检验方法下缺陷的综合图像信息,建立埋弧焊钢管焊缝常见缺陷综合图谱信息库,通过查阅、分析信息库中的缺陷综合图谱可对检验人员的入门培训、经验积累和专业水平提高有很大帮助,并为实际检验工作中的疑难问题提供对比依据。
Abstract:
In order to promote the inspectors’understanding of the defects in the weld of submerged arc welded steel pipe and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the defect type identification, the defects are detected and analyzed by collecting the test blocks of the common defects in the daily production and integrating the conventional inspection methods. The comprehensive image information of the defects under the different inspection methods is obtained, and the information database of the common defects of the submerged arc welded steel pipe is established. By consulting and analyzing the comprehensive map of the defects in the information base, it can be of great help to the inspectors in their introductory training, experience accumulation and professional level improvement, and provide a comparison basis for the difficult problems in the actual inspection work.
