摘要:
X射线实时成像技术具有操作方便,检测高效、精确、直观、成本低的优点。以移动式X射线无损检测机XY-320为例,介绍了X射线实时成像无损检测系统的结构,论述了其在压力容器无损检测过程中的检测方法及检测要点。应用结果表明,该无损检测机运行稳定可靠,能够满足压力容器检测要求,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。
Abstract:
This paper develops detection technology of the real-time imagery system in nondestructive testing for the pressure vessel.Which has the ease of operation,highly effective,precise,direct-viewing and lowcosting merit.Taking the machine XY-320 of the moving type X-ray radiographic nondestructive detection as the example,the paper introduces the equipment structure,the detection method and the operation of the real-time imagery system.The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately,and can satisfy the request of pressure vessel detection.The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
