摘要:
为了满足我国深井、超深井及页岩气开发对高强度连续管的需求,开展了CT130连续管的研制。分析了研制的Φ50.8 mm×4.44 mm国产CT130连续管的强度、塑性、承压能力、弯曲疲劳寿命等性能,并介绍了该产品在某页岩气平台的现场应用情况。性能分析结果显示,国产CT130连续管具有强度高、 抗压高、疲劳寿命长等优点。将国产CT130连续管在高压环境中累计安全起下油管49次,疲劳寿命预测软件显示管材平均累计疲劳损伤率为33%,取管体端部样品进行检测,样管性能无明显衰减。性能分析及现场应用表明,国产CT130连续管可实现同类型进口产品的替代。该研究可为促进国产CT130连续管在油田的推广应用提供数据支撑。
Abstract:
In order to meet the demand of high strength coiled tubing for deep well, ultra deep well and shale gas development in China,the CT130 coiled tubing have been developed. The strength,plasticity,bearing capacity,bending fatigue life and other properties of Φ50.8 mm×4.44 mm domestic CT130 coiled tubing are analyzed,and the field application of the product in a shale gas platform is introduced. The performance analysis results show that the domestic CT130 coiled tubing has the advantages of high strength, high compression resistance and long fatigue life. The domestic CT130 coiled tubing has been safely lifted and run 49 times in high pressure environment. The fatigue life prediction software shows that the average cumulative fatigue damage rate of tube is 33%. The end sample of the pipe body is taken for testing, and the performance of the sample tube has no obvious degradation. The performance analysis and field application show that the domestic CT130 coiled tubing can be replaced by imported products of the same type. This study can provide data support for the promotion and application of domestic CT130 coiled tubing in oilfield.
