摘要:
针对螺旋焊管生产机组回转车采用手动操作的现状,设计了一套回转车自动控制系统。该系统通过编码器和传感器检测回转车和钢管位置信号,采用PLC对信号进行逻辑判断,实现回转车从起点接管、运行到终点、终点送管和返回起点整个流程的自动控制;通过传感器采集设备运行信息,利用博途V15.1组态软件对回转车运行过程进行监测,并对故障信息进行自诊断,实现维护预警提示并在触摸屏显示。该系统在生产线使用后运行稳定,自诊断信息准确,实现了无人操作。
Abstract:
Aiming at the actuality of manual operation of rotary equipment in SAWH pipe unit, a set of automatic control system for rotary equipment is designed. The system detects the position signal of rotary equipment and steel pipe through encoder and sensor, and uses PLC to judge the signal logically and realize the automatic control of the whole process of the rotary equipment from the starting point to take over, running to the end point, the end point to feed pipe and return to the starting point The operation information of the equipment is collected by the sensor, and the running process of the rotary equipment is monitored by using the Botu V15.1 configuration software, and the fault information is self-diagnosed, so as to realize the maintenance warning and display on the touch screen. After the system is used in the production line, the operation is stable, the self-diagnosis information is accurate, and the unmanned operation is realized.
