摘要:
为了满足油气田特殊井的开发需求,采用有限元分析和实物评价试验的方法,开发了一种具有高气密封稳定性油套管特殊扣。介绍了该特殊扣的结构设计特点,运用有限元方法对密封性能进行了评价,并按照ISO 13679:2002 CAL Ⅳ标准进行了全尺寸实物评价试验。结果表明,该特殊扣结构合理,密封性能优异,在拉伸效率、内压效率、外压效率等方面均达到管体的100%,适用于高温高压井、水平井、大位移井、大狗腿度斜井等苛刻井况。
Abstract:
In order to meet the development needs of special wells in oil and gas fields, a kind of oil and casing premium connection with high gas sealing stability is developed by using finite element analysis and physical test verification method. The structural characteristics of the premium connection are introduced. The sealing performance is evaluated by finite element method. The full-scale test is carried out according to ISO 13679:2002 CALⅣtest standard. The results show that the structure of the new premium connection is reasonable and excellent, and its tensile efficiency, internal pressure efficiency and external pressure efficiency are 100% of the pipe body. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure wells, horizontal wells, extended reach wells, high dogleg directional well and other harsh well conditions.
