摘要:
前苏联解体时将主要大直径钢管生产设施留在了乌克兰，使俄罗斯大直径钢管生产能力不足，无法满足石油和天然气管线建设工程的需要，因而不得不从乌克兰及国外进口大直径钢管。目前俄罗斯新建的2家现代化钢管生产厂已经先后投产，这2家钢管生产厂分别是维克萨厂和依茨霍拉厂，能生产最大直径为1 420 mm的单直缝厚壁焊管，以满足俄罗斯日益增长的石油管线建设工程的需要。
Abstract:
This paper introduced that Soviet Russia left most largediameter pipe production equipments in Ukraine while it’s disjointing,and this resulted in lack of production capacity for largediameter pipes,thus it can not meet the needs of oil & gas pipeline construction.So Russia had to import large-diameter steel pipes from Ukraine and other countries.At present,two newly and modern pipe making factories had put into production.These two factories can produce the largest diameter 1 420 mm LSAW pipe to meet the needs of increasing oil pipeline construction in Russia.
