摘要:
研究分析了俄罗斯油气输送用焊接钢管的标准体系及构成,标准认证的范围和认证流程,并与我国现行油气输送用焊接钢管的标准进行了比较。研究表明,俄罗斯标准对钢管的力学性能提出了更高的要求,强调低屈强比、高延伸率,强调管材在屈服变形后的塑性变形能力,同时对试样低温韧性也提出了较高要求;在钢管防腐方面,俄罗斯标准要求通过镀Cr、酸洗等处理来保证防腐层的附着力,而国内防腐标准没有该规定。最后,对我国焊管制造企业突破技术壁垒,进入俄罗斯管道市场给出了指导性的建议。
Abstract:
In this article, it studied and analyzed the system and constitute of oil and gas transportation welded pipe standard in Russia, the scope and procedure of standard verification, and compared the above standard with that of China. The result revealed that in Russian standard, the higher requirements are put forward for mechanical properties, emphasizes low yield ratio, high elongation rate and plastic deformation ability after yield deformation, at the same time the higher requirements are put forward for sample low temperature toughness; in pipe coating aspect, it requests to ensure the coating adhesion through coating Cr, acid washing and other methods in Russian standard, however such requirements are not requested in China domestic coating specification. Finally, it gave instructive suggestions for China welded pipe manufacturers breaking through technical barrier and entering into  Russian pipeline market.
