摘要:
00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢焊接时,其焊缝和热影响区(HAZ)的韧塑性和耐蚀性通常是主要考虑因素。采用气体保护钨极氩弧焊(GTAW),通过调整焊接工艺,分析研究该工艺下焊接接头的相比例及耐腐蚀性能,为00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢的现场焊接提供指导。
Abstract:
Toughness-plasticity and corrosion resistance of weld seam and heat affect zone (HAZ) is primary considerations in welding 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel.This article analyzes and researches phase proportion and corrosion resistance of weld joint under the welding process of gas tungsten-arc welding(GTAW),and provides guidance to field welding of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N.
