摘要:
管道的风险评价技术是一门具有很高经济价值的管理技术。通过风险评价可以对管道的风险大小做出评估,从而找到减少管道风险和费用支出的有效途径。简要介绍了风险评价技术的内容和方法,重点介绍了W.K.Muhlbauer的管道风险评分体系,详细阐述了风险评价模型框图和引起事故的4个因素,提出了风险等级划分标准和减小管道风险的一些建议。
Abstract:
Risk assessment technology of pipeline is a kind of management technology with high economic value.Risk of pipeline can be evaluated by means of risk assessment,and effective approach to reduce risk of pipeline and cost of pipeline can be found.This article briefly introduces content and method of risk assessment,and emphasize W.K.Muhlbauer risk assessment scoring system of pipeline,and also describes in detail modeling chart of risk assessment and 4 factor to cause accident,as well as put forward classification stand of risk grade and give proposal to reduce risk of pipeline.
