摘要:
针对中—哈原油和天然气管线工程对螺旋焊管自动超声波探伤提出的特殊要求,对自动超声波探伤的探头选取和布置进行了有针对性的尝试和探索:即在平时探测的基础上增加一组收发的探头,奇次波探伤采用一次波扫查方法,从而加强和改善了自动超声波探伤系统的探测能力,提高了检测效率和检测灵敏度。
Abstract:
Regarding special requirements for SAW pipe ultrasonic automatic detection in ChinaKazakhstan petroleum and gas pipeline project,selection and disposal probe of automatic ultrasonic detection were tried and explored.It increased a set of probe for receiving based on usual detection and adopting a scanning method to inspect odd number wave so as to strength and improve detection ability of automatic ultrasonic detection system,and enhance detection efficiency and sensitivity.
