摘要:
现有的钢管生产监造体系虽较为具体和完善,但最大不足是无法迅速快捷地反映出钢管生产检验的全寿命周期信息。针对这一问题,利用Java语言和Oracle 10g数据库,设计并实现了一套基于Struts框架的钢管监造可追溯系统。该系统已成功应用于国内直缝埋弧焊接钢管(SAWL)、螺旋埋弧焊接钢管(SAWH)、高频焊接钢管(HFW)和无缝钢管(SML)这4类钢管的日常监造工作中,它不仅可以迅速快捷地提供详细的钢管生产全寿命周期信息,而且为钢管生产监造与质量控制提供了良好的操作平台。
Abstract:
Although the existing supervision system for steel pipe production is concrete and consummate,the biggest shortage is unable to reflect entire life cycle of inspecting steel pipe production.Aiming at this problem, a supervision traceability system for steel pipe is designed and realized based on struts framework by using Java language and Oracle 10g database.This system is used successfully in four types steel pipe process supervision,such as SAWL, SAWH, HFW and SML;it not only supplies detailed entire life cycle of steel pipe production,but also provides a good operation platform for steel pipe process supervision and quality control.
