摘要:
简述了直缝埋弧焊管扩径的作用和机械扩径工作原理,分析了扩径率、轴向重叠量、扇形块的数目、扇形块与钢管内壁间的摩擦与润滑等因素对直缝埋弧焊管机械扩径质量的影响。
Abstract:
The main function and operational principle of mechanical expansion for SAWL pipe were introduced briefly,and the effect of some factors on mechanical expansion quality for SAWL pipe was analyzed, such as expansion ratio,axial lap,the number of fan-shaped block,the friction and lubrication between fan-shaped block and inner wall of steel pipe, tc.
