摘要:
针对海洋平台用厚壁直缝埋弧焊钢管生产过程中产生的焊缝横向裂纹,给出了常用的超声波检测方法,如带余高焊缝的斜平行扫查、去掉焊缝余高后的平行扫查、双探头横跨焊缝的交叉扫查和带余高焊缝的平行扫查。比较了几种扫查方式对焊缝横向裂纹的检测效果,结果表明,采用9×9K1(45°)小晶片的横波斜探头,进行带余高焊缝的平行扫查,能有效地检出焊缝的横向裂纹。最后给出了横向裂纹缺陷的返修处理措施。
Abstract:
According to weld transverse cracks occurred in SAWL pipe with heavy thickness which was used for supporting the offshore platform, several conventional ultrasonic inspection methods were provided, such as oblique parallel scan for weld with reinforcement, parallel scan after removing weld reinforcement, cross scan of double probes stretching across weld, and parallel scan for weld with reinforcement. After comparing several scanning methods, the result showed that adopting 9×9K1(45°)transverse wave slanting probe to carry out parallel scan for weld with reinforcement, it can effectively inspect transverse cracks. In the end, it gave out treatment measures for transverse cracks defects.
