摘要:
介绍了K60弯管的研制过程,包括K60弯管及其母管的力学性能、制造工艺、组织形貌等,研究分析了其焊接工艺、煨制工艺、焊材选择等对最终弯管性能的影响。结果表明,K60弯管完全满足俄罗斯管道项目对K60弯管产品的力学性能要求。但由于其壁厚较厚,壁厚中心处淬透较困难,其直管段与弯曲段焊缝的抗拉强度都是刚刚满足要求。因此,如何保证厚壁弯管的淬透性,又同时满足钢管的焊接性能,将是今后研究的一个重要方向。
Abstract:
In this article, it introduced the development progress of K60 bend pipe, including mechanical properties of K60 bend pipe and its base metal, manufacturing process, microstructure etc, studied and analyzed the effect on the final performance of bend pipe from welding process, heat-bend process, and selection of welding consumables. The results indicated that the mechanical properties of K60 bend pipe can fully meet the requirements of Russian pipeline project. In case of heavier thickness, it is difficult to complete full hardening at the center of wall thickness, the tensile values of the straight pipe section and bend pipe section just meet requirements. Therefore, it is an important research side in the future how to guarantee the harden ability of bend pipe with heavier wall thickness and meet welding performance of steel pipe.
