摘要:
介绍了埋弧自动焊在LNG储罐焊接施工中的应用以及与9%Ni钢相匹配的焊接材料的选择,并对LNG低温储罐用9%Ni钢进行了焊接性能分析,制定了合理的焊接工艺。采用埋弧自动焊横焊位置进行焊接试验,对焊接接头进行力学性能分析以及宏观形貌、断口形貌及金相分析。试验结果表明,埋弧焊焊接材料及焊接工艺完全满足LNG低温储罐的焊接施工要求。
Abstract:
In this article, it introduced the application of automatic submerged arc welding in LNG storage tank welding construction and how to choose proper welding material matching 9%Ni steel, in addition, it analyzed the weldability of 9%Ni steel used for LNG low temperature storage tank, established proper welding process. The welding test was conducted on horizontal position by adopting submerged arc automatic welding, and some analysises were carried out for welded joint, such as mechanical properties, macro morphology, fracture morphology and metallographic analysis. The test results indicated that the welding material and welding process of submerged arc welding can fully meet welding construction requirements of LNG low temperature storage tank.
