摘要:
为了推进超声波探伤在奥氏体油管检测中的应用,简要介绍了奥氏体合金油管超声波检测的难点,从耦合剂的要求、探头参数的选择、对比试块的制作、焊缝余高引起的顶部盲区、周向横波检测的条件等方面详细阐述了奥氏体合金油管检测中存在的问题,并提出了伪缺陷波的判定要点。分析结果认为,奥氏体合金油管管体和焊缝超声波检测中建议耦合剂选用机油,探头频率选择2.5~5 MHz;周向横波探测奥氏体合金油管时,钢管的内外径之比应≥0.547;为了减少噪声伪缺陷波对超声检测的影响,最有效的措施是使用窄脉冲超声波进行检测,并通过声程法和水平定位法区分焊缝根部成形产生的伪缺陷波。
Abstract:
In order to advance the application of ultrasonic flaw detection in austenitic tubing detection,it briefly introduced the ultrasonic testing difficulties of austenitic alloy tubing, detailedly expounded the existing problems in austenitic alloy tubing detection from several aspects, including coupling agent requirements,probe parameter selection, reference blocks,top blind area caused by weld reinforcement,detection conditions of circumferential wave and so on, it also put forward the main points for judging the pseudo-flaw wave. The analysis results considered that it suggested use engine oil as a coupling agent in the ultrasonic testing of austenite tubing and weld,and the probe frequency selected 2.5~5 MHz;when using circumferential transverse wave to detect austenitic alloy tubing, the ratio of the inside and outside diameter of steel pipe should be greater than 0.547. In order to reduce the influence of noise pseudo-flaw wave on ultrasonic testing, the most effective measure is to use the narrow-pulse ultrasonic testing,and differentiated the pseudo-flaw wave caused by weld root forming through the method of acoustic distance method and horizontal position method.
