摘要:
为了解决螺旋焊管两步法成型工艺预焊机组的钢管高速切割问题,研制了双环螺旋焊管切割机。介绍了切割机的设计原理、结构特点、工艺过程,并对切割机的关键技术及技术指标进行了详尽的阐述。实际应用结果表明,双环螺旋焊管切割机运行稳定、自动化程度高、切割质量好,节省了生产成本,完全能满足大管径、大壁厚的螺旋焊管预焊机组的钢管切割要求。
Abstract:
In order to solve steel pipe high speed cutting issue of spiral welded pipe two-step forming process of pre-welding unit, the double-ring spiral welded pipe cutting machine was developed. The design principle, structural features and technological process of the cutting machine were introduced, and its key technology and technical index were elaborated. The practical application results shows that the double-ring spiral welded pipe cutting machine had advantages of stable running,high level of automation and good cutting quality,it saved the production cost, and met all the steel pipe cutting requirements of large diameter and thickness spiral welded pipe pre-welding unit.
