摘要:
为了开发适用于钢管自身特点的承插式柔性接口,对承插式柔性钢管密封结构4种常见形式进行了阐述与比较,分析了轧槽式柔性连接、卡内基式柔性连接、滑入式柔性连接、机械式柔性连接各自的优缺点及使用特性。结合实际承插式柔性钢管项目要求,设计了双槽双胶圈柔性直口承插密封工艺结构,并进行了钢管制造和密封性试验验证。结果表明,设计的双槽双胶圈柔性直口承插密封结构可满足管道密封性行业标准和项目要求,有利于钢管在输水管道领域的普及和应用。
Abstract:
In order to develop the plug-in flexible joint suitable for the characteristics of steel pipe, and the advantages and disadvantages of rolling groove type flexible connection, Carnegie flexible connection, sliding type flexible connection and mechanical type flexible connection are analyzed. According to the actual requirements of the plug-in flexible steel pipe, the double groove and double apron flexible straight spigot gasket process structure was put forward. The steel pipe manufacturing and seal test were carried out. The results show that the designed double groove and double apron flexible straight seal structure can meet the industry standard and project requirements of pipeline sealing, which is conducive to the popularization and application of steel pipe in the field of water pipeline.
