摘要:
为了分析Φ244.48 mm×11.99 mm 140V HSM-2-HC 特殊螺纹接头的性能,采用有限元分析和实物试验对其进行研究。结果表明,该特殊螺纹接头上扣后,台肩应力水平较高,密封面局部接触面的应力超过材料屈服值,但鼻端整体应力水平远低于材料屈服值,接头的整体应力水平分布较合理;上扣曲线特性较好,在ISO 13679:2002 CAL IV 复合加载下,特殊螺纹接头密封面均保持较大接触压力和密封长度,密封指数值大于理论临界值,表明其具有良好的密封性能;通过全尺寸复合加载实物试验以及极限试验,验证了该接头满足ISO 13679:2002 CAL Ⅳ应用等级评价标准,具有优异的密封性能,其拉伸效率、压缩效率、内压效率、外压效率均达到管体100%。
Abstract:
In order to analyze the performance of the premium thread connection of Φ244.48 mm × 11.99 mm 140V HSM-2-HC, the finite element analysis and physical test were used to study it. The results show that the shoulder stress level of the premium thread connection is higher after the joint is buckled, the stress of the local contact surface of the sealing surface exceeds the yield value of the material, but the overall stress level is far lower than the yield value of the material, and the overall stress level distribution of the joint is more reasonable. Under the loading of ISO 13679:2002 CAL Ⅳ, the sealing surface of the special threaded joint keeps large contact pressure and sealing length, and the sealing index value is greater than the theoretical critical value, which indicates that it has good sealing performance, which has passed the full-scale composite loading physical test and limit test. The results show that the joint meets the application grade evaluation standard of ISO 13679:2002 CAL Ⅳ, and has excellent sealing performance. The tensile efficiency, compression efficiency, internal pressure efficiency and external pressure efficiency of the joint reach 100% of the pipe body.
