摘要:
为了满足国内非常规油气井工况对特殊螺纹油管的需求,开发了BJC-II型气密封特殊螺纹连接油管。运用有限元方法对螺纹接头密封性能进行模拟分析,依据API RP 5C5:2017 CALIV级试验标准及油田服役工况,进行了全尺寸实物试验。结果表明,BJC-II型特殊螺纹接头拉伸效率、内压效率、外压效率、压缩效率均满足等管体100%的结构和密封完整性,为我国非常规油气井的开发提供了产品保障。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs for special threaded tubing under unconventional oil and gas well conditions in China,BJC-II type premium thread connection tube was developed. The premium thread connection performance was simulated andanalyzed by finite element software.According to API RP 5C5:2017 CAL IV standards and oilfield service conditions, fullscale tests were experimented. The results show that the premium thread connection fulfills the design requirements. Thetensile efficiency, internal pressure efficiency, external pressure efficiency, compression efficiency of BJC-II type premiumthread connection tube all meet 100% of the structure and seal integrity of the pipe body, which provides product guarantee forthe development of unconventional oil and gas wells.
