摘要:
为了确定UOE预弯边机主油缸无法增压的故障原因并消除故障,通过监测弯边主油缸内压力、检测主油缸充液阀阀体温度及对充液阀进行解体检查,结合弯边液压系统控制原理,对主油缸及充液阀进行了系统分析研究。结果表明,充液阀没有完全关闭、在压力状态下发生内泄、射流,是导致阀体发热、弯边主油缸无法增压的直接原因;充液阀内的铜活塞螺纹松动回退是主油缸无法增压的次要原因。通过两种简单实用的防松改进措施,有效解决了铜活塞松动回退的问题。
Abstract:
In order to ensure the reason why the main cylinder of UOE crimping press can not pressurization and eliminate the fault,through monitoring the internal pressure in the main cylinder, detecting the temperature of the filling valve body and disassembly inspection of the filling valve,combined with the control principle of bending hydraulic system,the main cylinder and filling valve are systematically analyzed and studied. The results show that the filling valve is not fully closed, there is internal leakage and jet flow under pressure, which is the direct reason for the heating of the valve body and the failure of pressurization of the bent main cylinder. The loosening and retraction of the copper piston thread in the filling valve is the secondary reason why the main cylinder cannot be pressurized. Through two simple and practical anti loosening improvement measures, the problem of copper piston loosening and retraction is effectively solved.
