摘要:
为了提高设备维护人员的故障判断及处理的技术水平,减少故障处理时间,针对UOE机组预弯边机快速油缸密封压盖螺栓断裂故障,通过MAC8在线记录的相关压力及位置曲线,分析计算了油缸密封压盖的受力情况,并对故障油缸解体分析。结果表明,活塞杆的偏磨导致油缸上升过程中活塞杆和导向套咬死,活塞杆压盖承受下腔全部液压力,是导致压盖螺栓断裂的主要原因。指出,完善油缸更换操作流程,可有效减少故障处理时间。
Abstract:
In order to improve the technical level of equipment maintenance personnel fault judgment and treatment, reduce the fault processing time, in view of UOE unit pre-bending machine rapid oil cylinder seal gland bolts fracture failure, by related pressure and position curve of online record MAC8, the force condition of oil cylinder seal gland was analyzed and calculated, and the failure oil cylinder was disintegrated and analyzed. The results indicated that the deflection of the piston rod caused the piston rod and the guide sleeve to die during the uplift of oil cylinder; the piston rod gland bore all pressure of the lower cavity, which was the main reason for gland bolts fracture. It pointed that it should improve oil cylinder replacement operation flow, so as to reduce the failure processing time.
