摘要:
针对直缝焊管CO2预焊,研制了以激光为主动光源的视觉传感焊缝自动跟踪系统。采用模拟电路对视频信号进行放大、整形处理,采用单片计算机程序处理,消除飞溅对焊缝激光条纹图像的影响,准确计算焊缝偏差并实现了焊缝自动跟踪。试验结果表明系统的响应周期小于80ms,跟踪精度小于±0.5mm。
Abstract:
Aiming at the CO2 pre-welding of the Longitudinal Welded pipe,taking the laser as the initiative light source,a visual sensing for automatic weld tracking system is developed.In order to eliminate the disturbance of spatter in weld image of laser marking,simulation circuit is applied in the process where video signal is magnified and trimmed,at the same time,the program processing is utilized in onechip computer.As a result, the deviation is estimated correctly and the weld automatic tracking is realized.Experiment results show that the response cycle of the system is no more than 80ms, and the tracking precision is less than ±0.5mm.
