摘要:
介绍了焊管轧辊孔型虚拟设计的方法、基于虚拟设计制造的轧辊分类与标记,构建了孔型设计虚拟制造系统的零件模型和立辊的三维虚拟图,经调用工程绘图软件就可以得到轧辊的工程机械视图,该图可以直接作为生产制造用图。阐述了研究焊管轧辊虚拟设计制造技术的意义,探讨了轧辊虚拟制造硬件环境的建模技术,并对轧辊虚拟加工环境的系统结构进行了研究。
Abstract:
This article introduced simulation design method for welded pipe roller pass,roller classification and mark which manufactured based on simulation design,build part model of pass design and simulation manufacture system,as well as 3D simulation drawing,engineering mechanical view can be obtained by adopting engineering drawing software,and this drawing can be used as production and manufacturing drawing. It expatiates research meaning of welded pipe roller simulation design and manufacturing technology,discussed modeling technology for hardware surrounding of roller simulation manufacture,and studied system structure for roller simulation processing surrounding.
