摘要:
为了使焊管生产满足多元化的市场需求,提高焊管生产效率、降低制造成本,提出了轧辊虚拟制造技术,分析了焊管用轧辊虚拟制造技术的特点、体系结构、关键技术以及与轧辊实际制造的关系,指出该技术与实际焊管生产相结合,能以较短的产品开发周期、优质的产品质量、较好的技术支持与售后服务和低廉的制造成本设计出轧辊,从而满足焊管生产中对不同规格、形状轧制的需求。轧辊虚拟制造技术的成果转化将给焊管生产和经营管理注入新的活力,更好地服务于焊管生产。
Abstract:
In order to make the welded pipe manufacture meet the diversified market requirements, improve the production efficiency of welded pipe, reduce manufacturing cost, it put forward roller virtual manufacturing technology, analyzed the characteristics, system structure, key technology of the above virtual manufacturing technology, as well as the relationship with actual manufacturing. It pointed that only combine the technology with practical production, it will develop the roller in the shorter product development cycle, the high-quality product quality, the better technical support and after-sales service, and the cheap manufacturing cost, so as to meet the rolled demand for welded pipe with different specification and shape. The achievements transformation of virtual manufacturing technology will inject new vatility to welded pipe production and management, better service to welded pipe production.
