摘要:
HFW焊管具有生产效率高、制造成本低、尺寸形状精度高、外型美观等优点,近5年在焊管行业得到了迅速发展。目前国内建设的HFW焊管机组虽然较多、产能较大,但还存在产品质量不稳定、发展不平衡等问题。结合宝钢HFW焊管生产的实践经验,从可能引起钢管质量问题的焊管段和精整段各工序,如原料准备、成型工艺、焊接控制、焊缝热处理、理化检验等环节进行了分析,提出了各工序对应的质量控制措施,以确保HFW焊管最终的产品质量。
Abstract:
HFW pipe possesses many advantages,such as high production efficiency,low manufacture cost,high precision for dimension and beauty  exterior.It has developed rapidly in welded pipe industry during the past 5 years.At present,although there are many HFW pipe units with large capacity in China,unstable product quality and unbalanced development exist.Combined with practical experience of HFW production in Baosteel,it analyzed from welding and finishing procedures which may affect steel pipe quality,such as material preparation,forming process,welding control,weld heat treatment and physical and chemical tests.This article puts forward corresponding quality control measures for each procedure to insure the final HFW pipe quality.
