摘要:
利用ANSYS软件对钢管定径机架进行静态特性分析,得到机架的变形值和应力值,找到机架的危险点位置。通过优化设计,使钢管定径机架的刚性得到了一定的提高,同时减轻了机架质量,使机架的整体结构更加合理。改进后的机架已经成功运行于实际生产制造之中。
Abstract:
By using ANSYS software to conduct static analysis on steel pipe sizing mill housing, the deformation and stress values can be obtained, and the dangerous point of the mill housing can be found. The rigidity of steel pipe sizing mill housing is improved through optimizing design, meanwhile, the mill housing quantity is reduced, the whole structure of mill housing is more reasonable. The improved mill housing has been successfully applied to the actual production.
