摘要:
探讨了以材料自身的抗拉强度为基准值来测定其屈服强度值的方法,取拉伸应力-应变曲线上抗拉强度一定比例的两个数值,在曲线上拟合出具有一定斜率的直线,以该直线与横坐标交点为原点计算Rt 0.5或Rp 0.2。这种方法解决了因检测试验设备和试样加工精度等客观原因造成的高钢级大壁厚管线钢屈服强度测试结果不准确问题,为有效消除外在因素对屈服强度试验结果的影响提供了有效手段。
Abstract:
A method that measures yield strength value by tensile strength of the material as the benchmark value was discussed in this paper. Two values determined by the certain proportions of tensile strength were taken on the stress-strain curve, and then a straight line was fitted by the two values on the curve, selecting the coordinate origin which was intersected by the fitted line and abscissa line, then calculating Rt 0.5 and Rp 0.2 by the new coordinate origin. By the method, inaccurate of yield strength test results which are caused by test equipment and specimen’s accuracy were resolved, and the research provides a theoretical basis for eliminating the influence of external factors on the yield strength test results.
