摘要:
针对西气东输二线X80螺旋埋弧焊管管体强度较卷板普遍升高的问题,进行了对比试验和数据统计,分析证实了成型过程中的形变量、冷扩径工序、取样方法及圆棒试样的车削方式对管体屈服强度和屈强比的测定有着显著影响。
Abstract:
Aiming at strength of X80 grade SAWH pipe body strength is higher than plate rolling used in the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project,comparison tests and data statistics were carried out.Analysis results proved that shape deformation, cold expansion,sampling method and turnery mode of round bar during forming had significant effect on detecting pipe body yield strength and yield ratio.
