摘要:
论述了采用国内某钢铁公司生产的X80级板卷试制螺旋埋弧焊管的过程,重点讲述了X80级板卷的进货检验、钢管成型参数的确定、焊接材料和焊接参数的选择及成品钢管的理化检验过程,通过对焊接材料及焊接参数的优化选择,确定了正确的焊接材料和焊接工艺参数,经检验证明首批试制的X80级螺旋埋弧焊管完全满足技术要求。对生产中出现的不足之处,提出了改进建议。
Abstract:
This paper discusses the whole trial production process of SSAW pipe with X80 grade steel coil which was made by a company in China,specially addresses the coil receiving inspection, the determination of pipe forming parameters,welding consumptions and welding parameters,and the physical & chemical inspection and test of final pipe,through optimizing the welding consumptions and welding parameters,determines the proper welding consumptions and welding process parameters.The inspections and tests demonstrate that the initial batch of X80 SSAW pipes manufactured during trial production fully meet all the technical requirements.With regard to some problems occurred during pipe production this paper also put forward some improved suggestion and research approach.
