摘要:
针对西气东输二线X80级?准 1 219 mm×22 mm直缝埋弧焊管JCOE制造过程,研究了X80钢制管前后拉伸性能、夏比冲击韧性、DWTT性能的变化规律。结果表明,X80钢经JCOE工艺制管后,屈服强度、屈强比有较大幅度的升高,抗拉强度上升不大;夏比冲击功有所降低;DWTT剪切面积变化不大。同时分析了钢板制管后强韧性变化的原因,在此基础上,提出了X80钢板订货技术条件制定的原则,并经西气东输二线钢管的生产检验证明有效。
Abstract:
Aim at JCOE manufacturing process of X80 ?准 1 219 mm×22 mm SAWL pipe used in the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, it studied the change rules of tensile properties, Charpy impact toughness and DWTT properties of X80 steel before and after pipe manufacture.The results showed that after pipe manufacture through the JCOE process, the yield strength and Y/T ratio of X80 steel increased greatly, the tensile strength increased slightly; whereas the Charpy impact energy decreased to certain extent; and the DWTT shear area hardly change . Meanwhile, it analyzed change reasons of steel plates strength and toughness after pipe manufacture, based on this, it put forward establishment principles of procurement technical specification for X80 steel plate, which have been approved valid through production and inspection of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project.
