摘要:
分析了当前高频焊管焊接工艺及其应用情况。指出采用先进的固态高频焊接电源代替传统的真空管焊接电源是提高高频焊管焊接质量和生产效率的主要方式。根据固态高频焊机的设计原理,结合试验重点介绍了新的高频焊接工艺中焊接功率、焊接速度、焊接频率和钢管直径之间的相互关系,给出了相应的数学公式及曲线图,有助于相关技术人员了解各个工艺参数和焊接质量之间的重要关系,使高频焊管质量得到较大的提升。
Abstract:
In this article, it analyzed the process and applications of high frequency welded pipe. It pointed out that, adopting advanced solid state high frequency welding power source to replace traditional vacuum tube welding power source is the main method to improve welding quality and production efficiency of high frequency welded pipe. According to the design principle of solid state high-frequency induction welder, combined with tests, it emphasized the inter-relation among welding power, welding speed, welding frequency and steel pipe diameter in new welding process, provided the corresponding mathematical formula and chart, which will Help relevant technicians to understand the important relationship between process parameters and welding quality, and make the high frequency welded pipe quality to be promoted greatly.
