摘要:
结合中海油南海荔湾3-1海底输气管道项目,通过试验对高钢级厚壁海管的抗拉强度、屈服强度、屈强比以及延伸率等进行了研究分析。结果表明,无论是纵向还是横向,板状试样的抗拉强度和断后伸长率平均值均高于圆棒试样;而横向板状试样宽度的变化对其抗拉强度的影响很小;上、下表面抗拉强度平均值高于壁厚中心平均值;不同宽度的板状试样,宽度越大,断后伸长率越大;不同壁厚位置的小尺寸棒状试样的断后伸长率变化不大。纵向板状试样的屈服强度、屈强比基本高于圆棒试样;横向板状试样屈服强度、屈强比基本低于圆棒试样,壁厚上、下表面屈服强度、屈强比高于壁厚中心平均值。
Abstract:
In this article,combined with CNOOC Nanhai Liwan 3-1 submarine gas pipeline project,it studied and analyzed tensile strength,yield strength,yield ratio and elongation of high grade submarine pipe with heavy wall thickness through tests. The results showed that both longitudinal and transverse,the tensile strength and the average value of elongation of plate specimen both are higher than those of round bar specimen,while the width variation of the transverse plate specimen slightly affects its tensile strength,the average value of the upper and lower surface tensile strength both are higher than those of the wall thickness center,for different width plate specimen,the bigger the width is,the greater elongation ratio after fracture is,and little variation of percentage elongation after fracture of small size round bar specimen for different wall thickness location. The yield strength and yield ratio of longitudinal plate specimen are higher than those of round bar specimen,the yield strength and yield ratio of transverse plate specimen are lower than those of round bar specimen,and the yield strength and yield ratio of the wall thickness upper and lower surface are higher than those of the average value of wall thickness center.
