摘要:
主要对钢管3PE防腐层管端因腐蚀出现翘边的原因进行了分析,认为3PE防腐钢管在打磨预留段聚乙烯层坡口时,管端焊缝余高未修磨或修磨不平整,会导致焊缝突出部分聚乙烯底部的环氧粉末被磨掉,在防腐管露天堆放时间较长的情况下,焊缝表面金属就会先被腐蚀,从而导致3PE防腐层出现翘边的现象。根据分析提出了预防措施,可为防止3PE防腐钢管管端处因腐蚀产生翘边的问题提供参考。
Abstract:
In this article, it analyzed the reason caused upwarp edge on pipe end of steel pipe 3PE coating. It considered that when polishing polyethylene bevel on the reserved section, the weld reinforcement of pipe end has not been grinded or grinding uneven, it can result in the epoxy powder at the bottom of polyethylene in the weld salient section being grinded off. The weld surface metal will be corroded firstly in case of coated pipes stored in the open air for a long time; therefore the upwarp edge phenomenon appears in 3PE coating layer. It put forward preventive measures, which can provide reference for preventing upwarp edge on coated pipe ends.
