摘要:
在X80管线钢管环焊缝工艺评价试验基础上,统计分析了自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊接缺陷产生的比例;采用金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析等试验方法,观察了典型缺陷的形貌和缺陷中夹杂物的成分。结果表明,自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊接缺陷产生的几率较大,在环焊缝6点和12点位置的缺陷比9点位置的缺陷多。自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊的典型缺陷是夹渣、未熔合和气孔,呈“孔洞”形貌;“孔洞”中常伴随有夹杂物。提出了改善措施,保证长输油气管道运行安全。
Abstract:
The ratio of defects of self-shielded flux cored wire semi-auto welding (FCAW) was analyzed statistically on the base of welding procedure qualification of X80 girth welds. The morphology of typical defects was investigated by optical metallographic microscope (OM) and field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM). And the components of slag inclusion in the defects were tested by energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDS) analysis. The results showed that the probability of defects for FCAW is high. The defects that come into being at 6 o’clock and 12 o’clock are more than at 9 o’clock. The typical defects for FCAW are slag inclusions, incomplete fusion and porosity. And the appearances of these defects are cavity, in which the slag inclusions are found. In order to assure the safety of the pipeline running, the effective measures had be propsed.
