摘要:
介绍了中油宝世顺(秦皇岛)钢管有限公司采用预精焊工艺生产的X80级1 219 mm×22 mm钢管的试制情况,并对该种焊管的试制过程和检验结果进行了详细的论述。检验结果表明:钢管制造工艺合理,焊缝及管体理化性能优良,成品钢管外观质量、几何尺寸控制良好,产品符合《OD 1 219 mm×22.0 mm X80螺旋缝埋弧焊管技术条件》要求,并通过了国家石油管材质量监督检验中心的鉴定。
Abstract:
In this article, it introduced the trial-manufacture of X80 1 219 mm×22 mm SAWH pipe by adopting two steps welding process in Zhongyou BSS(Qinhuangdao) Petropipe Co., LTD., and expatiated trial-manufacture procedure and test results.Test results indicated that the steel pipe manufacturing process is reasonable, the physical and chemical properties of weld and pipe body are excellent, and the appearance quality and dimension control of finished pipe are perfect. Products meet the requirements of“Technical Specification of OD 1 219 mm×22.0 mm X80 SAWH Line Pipe”, and pass identification of the national oil pipe quality supervision and inspection center.
