摘要:
为了提升焊管制造企业实验室的建设水平,从实验室的质量管理体系构成、质量管理体系建设、技术能力建设、人才队伍建设、设备的投入以及环境设施等方面,探讨了如何开展焊管制造企业的实验室建设工作,并对实验室的建设管理提出了建议。分析认为,质量管理体系建设是实验室建设的首要任务,在此基础上注重常规检测技术能力和特殊检测技术能力的建设,以及实验室人才队伍的培养。同时实验室尽可能配备准确度等级高、稳定性和可靠性好、自动化程度高且安全性高的设备。最后,建议实验室在实施“6S”管理的同时,应重视检验数据的汇总分析,可以为企业钢板原材料采购、生产工艺控制提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to improve the laboratory construction level of welded pipe manufacturing enterprises, how to carry out the laboratory construction of welded pipe manufacturing enterprises is discussed from the aspects of laboratory quality management system composition, quality management system construction, technical capacity construction, talent team construction, equipment investment and environmental facilities, and some suggestions are put forward on laboratory construction management. The analysis shows that the construction of quality management system is the primary task of laboratory construction. The construction of conventional testing technology ability and special testing technology ability, as well as the cultivation of laboratory talent team should be paid attention to. Meanwhile, the laboratory shall be equipped with equipment with high accuracy level, good stability and reliability, high degree of automation and high safety. Finally, it is suggested that while implementing “6S” management, the laboratory should pay attention to the summary and analysis of inspection data, which can provide a reference for enterprise steel plate raw material procurement and production process control.
