摘要:
为了实现焊管生产线横移车稳定可靠的自动化运行,通过对比多种横移车的位置检测方案,设计了基于STL语言的焊管生产线横移车自动控制系统,并重点阐述了该系统硬件和软件设计。方案采用V形台架进行钢管定位,使用激光测距传感器进行横移车定位,采用西门子S7-300 PLC对控制逻辑进行抽象集成,使用STL语言编写核心程序,触摸屏动态显示运行数据。经现场应用,取得了理想的效果,降低了作业强度,且具备操作简单、信息直观的优点。
Abstract:
In order to realize the stable and reliable automatic operation of transverse moving loaders of the welded pipe production line, by comparing the position detection schemes of various transverse moving loaders, an automatic control system of the transverse moving loaders of the welded pipe production line based on statement list is designed, and the hardware design and software structure of the system are emphatically described. The scheme adopts V-shaped bench for steel pipe positioning, laser ranging sensor for transverse moving loaders positioning, Siemens S7-300PLC for abstract integration of control logic, statement list for core program, and touch screen for dynamic display of operation data. The field application has achieved ideal results and reduced the operation intensity, and has the advantages of simple operation and intuitive information.
