摘要:
针对宝钢UOE焊管生产线铣边机铣削过程中钢板钝边高度超差问题,从钢板的偏移和偏转两种运动形式着手,系统分析了钢板微运动对钝边高度的影响,建立了钝边高度与钢板偏移间的函数关系,并针对各运动形式结合具体实例加以说明,进而绘制钢板偏移或偏转量与钝边高度的变化关系曲线。分析结果明确了钢板运动形式与钝边高度变化之间的关系以及钢板的运动对钝边高度的影响程度,为快速确定钝边高度超差原因及解决措施提供了理论参考依据。
Abstract:
Aiming at the root face height out-of-tolerance of steel plate in Baosteel UOE production line milling process,it systematically analyzed the influence on root face height of steel plate micromotion from steel plate offset and deflection,established function relationship between root face height and offset. It illustrated various forms of motion comparing with specific examples,and then drew up the variation curve between steel pipe offset /deflection and root face height. The result indicated the relationship between steel plate movement type and root face height,as well as the influence degree of root face height to steel plate movement,which provides theoretical reference for rapidly determining reason of bad root face height and solving.
