摘要:
系统地研究了靖边天然气在役输气管道的腐蚀现状及安全性,根据在役管道不同形式的腐蚀缺陷,运用第四强度理论对ASME B31G—1991标准进行修正,并运用修正后的标准,依据管道腐蚀检测数据计算管道的失效压力,进而对靖边管道进行评定,以确定管道的安全状况。评定结果显示,在役腐蚀管道存在的缺陷在目前运行压力下允许存在,且管道处于安全运行状态。
Abstract:
This paper presents systematically the safety assessment and analysis on in-service jingban Gas pipeline.Taking into account of the different type of corrosion defects in pipelines,the ASME B31G—1991 standard was amended as the 4th strength grade theory.And then according to the inspected corrosion figures based on the amended standard,calculate the failure pressure of pipeline,assess the Jingban pipeline to ensure pipeline safety running.The results showed that the existed defects of in-service corrosion pipeline can be allowed under the current operating pressure, and the pipeline is at safe running status.
