摘要:
该实用新型螺旋埋弧焊管内焊自动跟踪系统,通过采用激光视觉技术、通用电气控制器件、高精密滚珠丝杠等技术,实现了内焊自动跟踪。整套系统具有调节灵活、响应迅速、故障率低、维护方便等特点。系统的应用,降低了操作者劳动强度,显著降低了废品率和返修率,提高了焊接生产率。
Abstract:
This article introduced a new kind SSAW pipe inside welding automatic tracking system.Inside weld automatic tracking was realized through adopting laser vision technology,general electric control device and high precision ball screw.This system posses many characteristics, such as adjust agility,response rapidly,low fault rate and maintenance convenience.The application of this system reduce handlers work intensity,and remarkably reduce reject ratio and returning rate,and enhance welding productivity.
