摘要:
介绍了超声衍射时差法(TOFD)原理及其在P92钢检测中的应用,提出了检测前声速、灵敏度、探头等参数设置应注意的问题,给出了裂纹、未熔合等缺陷的A扫描波形及对应的TOFD图谱特征,同时,通过对盲区的测定,得出近表面盲区大于底面盲区。对于P92钢,应追加表面磁粉检测。
Abstract:
The principle and application of TOFD on the detection of P92 steel was introduced.The attentioned problems about sonic velocity,sensitivity and probe before inspection were put forward.The A-scan wave shape and corresponding image about crack and incomplete fusion were given. Meanwhile,the blinded area was determined and got the conclusion that the blinded area near surface is deeper than that at the bottom,so the magnetic powder test should be attached for detecting the surface cracks to P92 steel.
