摘要:
近年来我国的管道环焊缝焊接越来越多地使用了以半自动焊和自动焊为主的焊接工艺。从焊接原理、焊接材料、焊接设备、焊接坡口、管口组对、焊接施工以及施工组织、焊接质量控制、经济效益等几个方面总结分析了半自动焊工艺和自动焊工艺的适用性及其优缺点。并指出,随着管道建设用管线钢管强度等级的不断提高,以及管道建设长度、钢管强度等级、管径和壁厚的不断增大,为了环焊缝焊接的高质量和高效率,未来的管道建设将会越来越多地使用熔化极气保护自动焊技术。
Abstract:
The automatic and semi-automatic welding technology are used increasingly in pipeline circumferential weld welding in China. In this article, the application and characterictics of the said two welding technology were analyzed from several aspects, such as welding principle, welding material, welding groove, pipe ends connecting, welding construction and organization, welding quality control, economic efficiency etc. It pointed out that with steel pipe grade used in pipeline construction increasing, pipeline length, pipeline diameter and thickness enlarging, in order to get high quality and efficiency circumferential weld, the gas metal arc welding technology will be widely used in pipeline construction in the future.
