摘要:
对于环焊焊缝性能来说,焊缝金属屈服强度是管线设计的一个关键因素。介绍了钢管母材与焊缝金属的匹配关系及钢管母材屈服强度的分布曲线,论述了影响高强匹配焊缝金属屈服强度的因素,最后提出了高强匹配时焊缝金属屈服强度最小值的确定方法。
Abstract:
For the performance of circumferential weld,the yield strength of weld metal is a critical factor in pipeline design.This article introduced match relation between steel pipe base material and weld metal,as well as yield strength distribution curve of base material.It discussed effect factors on yield strength of weld metal with high strength match.Finally,it put forward determination method of the minimum yield strength of weld metal during high strength match.
