摘要:
对ASTM1016/A1016M—2011a标准所涉奥氏体不锈钢高频感应焊管方法、不锈钢管化学成分所含非规定合金元素及钢管扩口试验要求指标条款提出了疑问,并结合相关背景材料或欧洲标准进行了分析讨论。指出奥氏体不锈钢高频焊接至今仍是不成熟的生产技术,和值得关注的有关不锈钢化学成分中所含非规定元素的一些新认识,包括Cr-Mo钢管在内的扩口试验合理指标。
Abstract:
In this article,some queries were put forward for ASTM1016/A1016M—2011a standard,such as high frequency induction welding method of austenitic stainless steel tube,unspecified alloying element contained in stainless steel pipe chemical composition,and some required terms for steel tube flaring test. Combined with the relevant background material or European standards,some analysis and discussion were conducted. Finally,it pointed out that HFW method of austenitic stainless steel tube is still an immature technology. And new understanding for unspecified elements contained in chemical composition of stainless steel tube was received,including reasonable flaring test parameters of Cr-Mo steel tube.
