摘要:
对试制的3Cr钢高频焊管进行了金相分析、力学性能测试、沟槽腐蚀敏感性试验以及常温常压腐蚀试验。结果表明,焊缝金属流线升角及熔合线宽度控制合理,焊缝、热影响区及母材组织均以铁素体和贝氏体为主,且母材组织中有少量M/A组元;管材在具有较高强度的同时具有良好的塑性;焊缝沟槽腐蚀敏感性低于1.3,管体母材常温、常压腐蚀试验,腐蚀速率为0.118 mm/a,腐蚀产物呈颗粒状分布于试样表面。
Abstract:
By means of metallographic inspection, mechanical properties test, groove corrosion sensitivity test and corrosion test at room temperature and on normal pressure for 3Cr high frequency welding steel pipe, the results showed that the metal flow line angle and the fusion line width control were reasonable. Besides, the structure of weld, HAZ and base metal mainly consist of ferrite and bainite, and a little amount of M+A existed in base metal; On the other hand, the mechanics performance test showed that steel pipe is with not only high strength but also good plasticity, and the weld grooving corrosion sensitivity was lower than 1.3; And also, corrosion rate was 0.118 mm/a,the corrosion products were granular distribution on the specimen surface under the condition of the base metal at the normal temperature and pressure corrosion test.
