摘要:
简要介绍了残余应力的分类及其产生原因。分析了焊接残余应力对管道疲劳寿命和断裂能力的不利影响。焊后塑性变形也可能与焊接残余应力交互影响整个壁厚层和管子周向最终残余应力的大小和分布状态。借助计算焊接力学(CWM)能够更准确地估算由焊接产生的残余应力和变形,其结果可用于优化和确定管道的结构寿命,分析结果还能有效评估塑性变形对焊接残余应力的影响。通过两个焊接实例验证了焊接残余应力及焊后塑性变形对焊管最终残余应力大小和分布的影响。
Abstract:
In this article, it briefly introduced the classification and the cause of the residual stress, analyzed the unfavorable influence of residual stress on fatigue life and fracture capacity of the pipeline. The post-weld plastic deformation may also interact with welding residual stress and affect the magnitude and distribution of the final residual stress state through-thickness and around the pipe’s circumference. With the latest development in Computational Welding Mechanics (CWM), it is today possible to estimate the residual stresses and distortions due to welding more accurately, and the results from which can be used for optimisation and determination of the structural life time of pipelines. Moreover, recent advances in analytical solutions have also enabled efficient estimation of the effects of plasticity on welding residual stresses. Welding residual stress and the influence of post-welding plasticity on final residual stress magnitude and distribution were verified by two examples.
