摘要:
为了提高相控阵加楔块S扫描检测结果的分辨力,针对相控阵探头激发孔径选择、角度偏转范围设定、聚焦深度设置、对比试块选取等因素对相控阵加装楔块S扫描检测结果的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,随着检测深度的增加,角度偏转范围降低,检测中的实际偏转角度应根据试验确定;为提高检测结果分辨力,应尽量对相控阵探头晶片全激发,且聚焦深度选取应根据工件中近场区的计算确定。
Abstract:
In order to increase the resolution of phased array adding wedge S-scanning detection results,it studied the influence on phased array adding wedge S-scanning from phased array probe excitation aperture selection,angle deflection range setting,focus depth setting,reference block selection and others. The results indicated that,with detection depth increasing,the angle deflection range reduced,the actual deflection angle should be determined according to the test. In order to improve the detection result resolution,should as far as possible to excite the phased array probe wafer,and the focus depth should be determined in accordance with near field zone of workpiece.
