摘要:
针对螺旋埋弧焊管成形前的带钢运行状态设计了一套完整的跑偏检测装置。对带钢边缘位置进行检测,检测精度达到0.5mm。通过纠偏机构使带钢中心的偏移控制在±5mm或更低。系统可以检测到带钢月牙弯、上下抖动、对头、铣边等带来的误差,并可以现场监测统计数据,自动化程度较高。
Abstract:
A complete set of deflection inspection unit for strip operation status for spiral submerged arc welded pipe before forming.To inspect the edges of strips and the inspection accuracy meet 0.5mm.The deflection of center of strip is controlled at ±5mm or lower through rectify a deviation unit.The system can inspect the crescent of strip,up and down jumping butt and the tolerance caused by trimming and supervises the statistics data at site with high automation.
