摘要:
介绍了宝钢高Nb成分X80级直缝埋弧焊管用管线钢厚板的开发目标和设计思想,论述了开发的X80级钢板和直缝埋弧焊管的工业化试制情况,重点分析了X80级钢板和直缝埋弧焊管的理化性能。分析结果表明,试制钢板具有超低的C含量、较高的Mn和Nb含量,且显微组织细小,具有较高的强度、韧性及良好的焊接性,试制钢板和钢管均满足《西气东输二线管道工程用直缝埋弧焊管技术条件》要求。
Abstract:
This article introduced development aim and design idea of pipeline steel wide-thick plate used in X80 grade LSAW pipe with high Nb content in Baoshan Steel Pipe Co.,LTD.It discussed industrialization trial-production of X80 grade steel plate and LSAW pipe,and emphasized physical and chemical property.The analysis results showed trial production steel plate possesses ultra low C and higher Mn and Nb contents,tiny microstructure,higher strength,toughness and better weldability.Trial production steel plate and steel pipe both meet requirements of LSAW Pipe Technology Specification of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project.
